Welcome to Badhani Tours And Taxi Services. By booking our taxi or tour services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and travel details while making a booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances.

2. Payment

• Payment may be made in advance or at the time of travel, as agreed during booking.
• Any additional charges such as toll tax, parking fees, state taxes, or entry fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund, depending on the booking.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Delays

• Customers are requested to be present at the pickup location on time.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Treat the vehicle with care.
• Follow all safety instructions.
• Avoid carrying illegal or hazardous items.
• Maintain respectful behaviour with the driver.

We reserve the right to terminate the trip if a customer behaves in an abusive, unsafe, or illegal manner.

6. Luggage

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we take reasonable care, Badhani Tours And Taxi Services is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal items.

7. Tour Packages

• Tour itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Entry tickets, meals, accommodation, and sightseeing charges are included only if clearly mentioned in the package.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, losses, accidents, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Badhani Tours And Taxi Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms
